What is a Progressive Web App?
A Progressive Web App is a mobile app that installs from a link instead of an app store. Your customer taps once, and your icon sits on their home screen next to Instagram and their banking app. It opens full screen, works offline, and can send notifications, but there is no download, no approval process, and no 30% platform cut.
Do my customers have to download anything from the App Store?
No. They tap a link or scan your QR code, then choose "Add to Home Screen." That is the whole install. It takes about five seconds and works the same on iPhone and Android.
How much does it cost?
Building is free. You can create your entire app, add your services, photos and hours, and see exactly how it looks before paying anything. Publishing it costs $29.95 a month, which includes unlimited pages, 10,000 push notifications a month, lead capture, analytics, and all templates. A custom domain is separate. You can cancel any time.
What happens to my customer list if I cancel?
You export it and keep it. Leads and subscribers collected through your app belong to you, not to us. We do not sell customer data and we do not run ads.
Do I still need a website?
Usually yes, and they do different jobs. Your website is where people find you on Google. Your app is where existing customers go to book, call, check hours, or see this week's offer, and it is the only channel where you can reach them directly.
How do push notifications work on iPhone?
They work, with one requirement: the customer has to add your app to their home screen first, then allow notifications. Once they do, your message arrives on their lock screen like any other app. On Android it works the same way. This is why the install step matters, it is what turns a visitor into someone you can reach.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your app can run on your own web address rather than ours. That is priced separately.
How long does it take to build?
